Dr. Roxanne Sylora is a board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon with more than two decades of experience helping patients look and feel their best. A member of the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery team since 2012, she is widely recognized for her refined approach to facial rejuvenation and deep-plane facelift surgery, as well as her expertise in breast enhancement, breast reduction, and post weight loss body contouring. She also performs breast reconstruction for breast cancer patients, believing that the opportunity to feel whole is important to a full and joyful life after cancer.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Sylora served on the faculty in Michigan, teaching plastic-surgery residents and shaping the next generation of surgeons. She then spent several years in the Chicago area performing the full range of cosmetic and reconstructive breast and body procedures—including breast augmentation, breast lifts with or without implants, tummy tucks, post-massive-weight-loss contouring, and complex breast reconstruction—before bringing her skills to Central Florida.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dr. Sylora completed plastic-surgery training in both Chicago and Detroit/Wayne State University, followed by advanced training under world-renowned surgeons in Nashville. She went on to complete a Breast and Aesthetic Fellowship at the Institute for Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at Baptist Hospital, further honing her expertise in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. She also trained with internationally recognized leaders in New York City and Nashville, gaining extensive experience in advanced facelift techniques and comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Sylora is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Aesthetic Society (ASAPS), and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She participates in the Maintenance of Certification program to remain current with evolving techniques and safety standards. Her skill and patient-focused care have been recognized nationally, earning distinctions such as Top Plastic Surgeon by Consumers’ Checkbook and the Consumers Research Council of America, Women of the Year by Orlando Magazine, and repeated Top Doctor honors in multiple local publications.

Dr. Donovan Rosas is a Board-Certified, Ivy League–educated, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon whose artistry and surgical expertise span the full spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and compassionate care, Dr. Rosas is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, beautiful, and lasting results.
A graduate of Princeton University, Dr. Rosas earned his Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, where his research on avian sibling rivalry was published. A scholar-athlete and member of the Princeton Baseball Tigers, he combined academic excellence with teamwork and discipline—qualities that continue to define his surgical practice.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry, where he was recognized for both academic and teaching excellence, serving as adjunct faculty in the Department of Physical Therapy. Returning to the Ivy League, he completed his integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Brown University, followed by an Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery Fellowship at Harvard University. During his tenure at Massachusetts General Hospital, he served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and performed advanced aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
Since coming to Orlando, Dr. Rosas focuses on cosmetic breast and body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and breast reconstructive procedures. His philosophy centers on honesty, precision, and individualized care—helping each patient enhance their confidence while maintaining a natural aesthetic balance.
Dr. Rosas has presented and published his award-winning research at both regional and national conferences and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), The Aesthetic Society (ASAPS), the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons (FSPS), and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).
A multi-year “Top Doctor” honoree in Orlando Style and Orlando Family magazines, Dr. Rosas is also a RealSelf Top 100 / Top 500 Hall of Fame Inductee (2018)—a distinction recognizing consistent excellence in patient satisfaction and aesthetic outcomes.
Dr Rosas and his family enjoys volunteering with Give Kids the World Village, helping make magic for Make-A-Wish families visiting Central Florida.
Dr. Tutu Cheng is a Board-Certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon who helps patients throughout Orlando, Celebration, and Winter Park achieve natural, confident results. She specializes in facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement, and body contouring, combining advanced surgical skill with genuine, patient-centered care.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Cheng earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She completed a general surgery internship and residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Pennsylvania, followed by a Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia under world-renowned mentors in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Cheng now serves the Central Florida area with The Institute of Aesthetic Surgery bringing her skill and artistry to patients across Orlando, Celebration, and Winter Park.
Dr. Cheng is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the Aesthetic Society (ASAPS), and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).
Outside of surgery, Dr. Cheng enjoys Florida’s sunshine, spending time with her husband and daughter, and the magic of family days at Disney World.
