Home to our QUAD A–accredited on-site surgical suite, consult, operate, and recover under one roof.
The Institute of Aesthetic Surgery (IAS) Celebration office is the practice’s primary surgical destination — a QUAD A–accredited on-site surgical suite at 400 Celebration Place on the AdventHealth Celebration campus, minutes from the Walt Disney World corridor and easily reached from Kissimmee, Osceola County, and South Orlando. It also offers the full range of injectables, lasers, and skin care.
The IAS Celebration office is where our surgery happens. Located at 400 Celebration Place on the AdventHealth Celebration campus, minutes from the Walt Disney World corridor and easily reached from Windermere, Kissimmee, Osceola County, and South Orlando, this location houses a QUAD A accredited on-site surgical suite. From your first consultation through your procedure and recovery, your care stays under one roof with the same board-certified surgical team, rather than being referred out.
Our surgeons share one philosophy: the best aesthetic outcomes begin with education, not pressure. All three perform breast and body surgery. Dr. Roxanne Sylora is also known for skin removal after weight loss and deep-plane facelifts; Dr. Rosas brings Harvard fellowship training to breast and body contouring; and Dr. Cheng focuses on facial rejuvenation alongside breast and body work. Together they offer the full range of IAS surgical and non-surgical services in one coordinated, surgeon-led practice.
That continuity is the difference. Whether you are planning a tummy tuck after weight loss, breast augmentation, a mommy makeover, or a deep-plane facelift, you are operated on in our own QUAD A accredited facility. And because IAS is a full plastic surgery practice, the injectables, lasers, and skin treatments offered here carry that same surgical-grade oversight.
Cosmetic surgery & surgical planning
