Mauree Rhame is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in critical care and surgical nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Mauree spent time caring for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit at Orlando Health. Her experience in high-acuity medicine helped develop the clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety that continue to define her approach to aesthetics today.
At the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery, Mauree specializes in facial rejuvenation, injectables, laser treatments, regenerative therapies, and medical weight management. She is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s anatomy, goals, and lifestyle. Rather than focusing on trends or one-size-fits-all treatments, she believes in enhancing natural features and achieving balanced, refreshed results that never appear overdone.
Known for her thorough consultations and conservative approach, Mauree takes the time to educate her patients and develop long-term treatment strategies that prioritize both safety and beautiful outcomes. She regularly pursues advanced training in facial anatomy, injectables, and energy-based devices to ensure she provides the most effective and up-to-date treatments available.

Mauree Rhame is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who merges a rigorous acute-care medical background with an artist’s eye for aesthetic balance. Having begun her career in critical care and surgical medicine at Orlando Health’s ICU, she brings an uncompromising standard of medical safety to The Institute of Aesthetic Surgery. Mauree’s clinical philosophy centers on empowerment she utilizes advanced aesthetic treatments, custom prescriptive regimens, and personalized weight management protocols to help patients look refreshed, confident, and entirely like themselves, never overdone.
Outside of the office, Mauree enjoys strength training, Pilates, traveling, attending music festivals, and spending time with her family and friends.
Mauree leads the Institute’s comprehensive weight management program, specializing in advanced prescriptive GLP-1 therapy. Rather than standard, standalone prescriptions, she provides personalized clinical coaching to guide patients through every phase of their weight-loss journey, ensuring safe, sustainable, and transformative results.
Focused on restoring natural proportion rather than simply altering features, Mauree is highly skilled in advanced neuromodulator treatments (including Botox® and Daxxify®) and premium dermal fillers and biostimulators (including Juvéderm®, Sculptra®, and Renuva®). She designs customized injection plans that soften lines, restore structural volume, and deliver beautifully harmonious results.
Complementing her injectable expertise, Mauree utilizes advanced clinical laser and radiofrequency systems—including CO2, UltraClear™, Morpheus8, and IPL—to transform skin quality from the inside out. Her customized resurfacing protocols often integrate regenerative therapies (PRP and PRF) for accelerated healing and superior results. Additionally, she provides precise Laser Hair Removal and curates comprehensive daily regimens utilizing custom prescriptive items and medical-grade skincare (SkinMedica®, skinbetter science®, and EltaMD®) to ensure lasting, fundamentally healthy skin.
Dr. Sylora maintains active operative privileges across the AdventHealth network, allowing her to perform complex reconstructive surgeries and overnight procedures in a fully accredited, high-acuity hospital setting.
