She is skilled in many state of the art laser and injectable treatments Rose is passionate about enhancing each client’s natural beauty. Rose has many years’ experience with Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, Kybella, PRP, PRF, & biostimulators.

Jessica Wilderman

Jessica Wilderman is an experienced nurse with over 10 years of experience. Earning her Masters in Nursing at UCF, Jessica is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery. Her passion for helping patients fall in love with their body (either for the first time or again) drove her interest in aesthetics and plastic surgery.
Jessica works closely with Dr. Roxanne Sylora to provide pre and post-operative patient care. Providing services at our three Orlando area offices, Jessica offers a variety of laser and injectable treatments including Botox, fillers, tattoo and hair removal, Fractional CO2 laser, pigmentation treatments, and more.

Cindy Holden

Cindy Holden is a licensed medical aesthetician who has been treating patients’ skin care needs at the Institute Of Aesthetic Surgery for over 17 years. Working closely with our physicians, her expertise is valued for consulting and educating pre and post-op patients for positive surgical and/or laser procedures. Cindy is highly qualified and certified to perform SkinPen®Precision Microneedling, Hydrafacial MD, Dermaplaning, Mid-level Chemical Peels and Deep Pore Cleansing.
Cindy is passionate about skincare with an emphasis on anti-aging, and providing the patient with individually customized treatment plans that address the concerns and desires of each patient for optimal skin health and overall improvement. With her dedication and knowledge, Cindy’s goal is to build strong bonds with new and existing patients through communication, education, and her caring personality.

Marlene Magluta
LME
Marlene consults with patients on a wide array of skin rejuvenation treatments. Specifically, she is certified as a SkinPen®, DiamondGlow® and HydraFacial specialist. She is also experienced in dermaplaning, medical grade chemical peels, customized acne treatment plans, microneedling, pre- and post-operative skin care, and hyperpigmentation disorder treatments.
Marlene has over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics, staff training, and business development. She was our lead aesthetician at the Celebration office for 11 years and served as a national educator and retail consultant for SkinMedica® and DiamondGlow®.
Marlene earned her A.S. in Natural Health, with a concentration in Paramedical Skincare, a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida and served in the United States Air Force.
Marlene’s unique experience allows her to return to the treatment room with even more knowledge and confidence in physician-dispensed skincare.
