Kaylee Rivera is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of diverse nursing experience, including critical care and surgical settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Since joining the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery, Kaylee has become an essential part of our team—providing safe, personalized, and transformative care. She guides patients through every stage of their aesthetic journey, from surgical recovery to noninvasive treatments, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported throughout.
Kaylee’s advanced training in injectables and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures is extensive, and she is widely recognized for her meticulous technique, precision, and natural results. Her deep understanding of both medical and aesthetic care allows her to achieve beautiful, balanced outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
Outside of IAS, Kaylee stays busy as a proud mom of three. She loves planning themed parties, staying active, and enjoying fun in the Florida sun—always with sunscreen, of course!
Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic Medicine & Weight Management
Mauree Rhame, MSN, AG-ACNP-BC is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s own unique features. Her approach focuses on helping people look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves–never overdone. She believes that aesthetic medicine should bring out the best of you, not change who you are.
Mauree began her career in critical care and surgical medicine at Orlando Health, working in the ICU and surgical departments before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida, where she specialized as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP)
Over the past several years, she has dedicated her practice to aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery (IAS). There, she combines her strong clinical background with a genuine passion for helping patients look and feel their best.
At IAS, Mauree leads the Weight Management Program, specializing in GLP-1 therapy and personalized coaching to guide patients through their weight-loss journey. She is also highly skilled in Botox® and Dysport® injections, dermal fillers, and advanced laser treatments, creating customized plans that deliver natural, harmonious results. Her attention to detail and commitment to continued aesthetics education continues to help her patients look and feel their best.
Mauree believes that aesthetics is not just about enhancing appearance—it’s about empowerment and self-confidence. She takes pride in helping patients embrace their natural beauty and feel comfortable in their own skin.
Outside of IAS, Mauree enjoys Pilates, weight training, and attending music festivals, keeping her balance through movement, creativity and connection.
Lead Medical Aesthetician | Skin Rejuvenation & Clinical Skincare Expert
Marlene Magluta is the Lead Medical Aesthetician at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery, dedicated to helping patients feel confident and radiant through personalized, results-driven skincare. With more than 17 years of experience in medical aesthetics and staff training, she combines advanced technique with genuine care to deliver transformative outcomes.
A recognized DiamondGlow® Specialist, Certified Master Hydrafacialist, and Face Reality® Level 2 Acne Expert, Marlene specializes in dermaplaning, chemical peels, SkinPen® microneedling, pre- and post-operative skincare, and the treatment of acne and hyperpigmentation. Her customized approach blends science and artistry to enhance natural beauty and skin health.
In addition to her clinical work, Marlene serves as an Allergan Medical Institute Faculty Trainer for SkinMedica® and DiamondGlow®, educating other professionals in advanced skincare protocols. She holds an A.S. in Natural Health with a concentration in Paramedical Skincare, as well as a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.

With more than 19 years of experience at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery, Cindy is known for her warmth, professionalism, and commitment to providing personalized, results-driven skincare. She takes pride in building long-term relationships with her patients, ensuring continuity of care and exceptional results with every visit.
Cindy is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, youthful, and radiant skin through individualized treatment plans that address each person’s unique concerns and goals. Her approach emphasizes both visible improvement and lasting skin health, creating natural, confident results that reflect true inner beauty.
A highly trained provider, Cindy is certified in SkinPen®, HydraFacial®, Dermaplaning, and DiamondGlow® treatments. She specializes in anti-aging and rejuvenation therapies designed to refresh and restore the skin’s natural vitality.
Outside of IAS, Cindy enjoys ballroom dancing, working out, and spending time with her family and friends, reflecting the same balance and joy she brings to her professional life.
Kayla is a Registered Nurse at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery who combines her medical expertise with a passion for aesthetics and patient care. She works closely with the surgeons and Nurse Practitioners at IAS, assisting across many areas of the practice—from aesthetic treatments and surgical preparation to the operating room and postoperative recovery period.
She enjoys seeing patients progress through their entire journey, from consultation and treatment to surgery and recovery. For Kayla, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing the transformation in a patient’s confidence and self-image as they feel more comfortable and empowered in their own skin.
Kayla is dedicated to creating a supportive, caring environment where each patient feels valued and understood—making every experience at IAS both positive and personal.
Grace is a Registered Nurse at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery, where she delivers attentive, patient-centered care throughout every stage of the aesthetic journey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University and has experience in providing bedside care at Orlando Regional Medical Center, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to patient safety and excellence.
At IAS, Grace collaborates closely with our surgeons and Nurse Practitioners to assist with surgical procedures and aesthetic treatments. She provides comprehensive pre- and post-operative care, ensuring each patient feels informed, supported, and empowered throughout every step of their treatment plan. Grace is passionate about aesthetics because of the transformative impact it can have on self-confidence.
Outside of the practice, Grace enjoys staying active through Pilates and running. She also loves visiting the Disney parks and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
Cheryl Schionning is the Patient Care Coordinator at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery and one of the friendly faces who will warmly welcome you to our practice. With more than 15 years of experience at IAS, Cheryl plays an essential role in coordinating patient care and guiding individuals through every step of their surgical journey with Dr. Sylora, Dr. Rosas, and Dr. Cheng.
She assists patients by providing detailed surgical information, discussing fees, and scheduling procedures, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience from consultation to post-operative care. Cheryl’s professionalism, warmth, and expertise help every patient feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.
