Absolutely love this wonderful practice!!. Everyone is so kind, gentle, friendly and professional. They make you feel
special. Dr. ROSAS is very humble, he’s an artist surgeon!!! and you know from the minute you meet him you are in the best
hands. He made sure I understood everything and give me honest and professional guidance about the procedure. He listens to you
and answers all your questions and that makes you fell safe and that you will achieve the desired results. I’m feel very happy and blessed to had have my breast
implant exchange and capsulectomy procedure done in this practice with Dr. Rosas. He and all the staff are very

Dr. Cheng performed a life changing surgery for me! She is an amazing surgeon with an incredible bed-side manner! She has never rushed me at my appointments and cares about her patients very much! Her hands are very skilled and her incisions are perfect! She explains the whole process before and after surgery and returns calls very promptly! Let me start off by saying all of the staff here are extremely welcoming, kind & professional. I went to Rose for filler in my chin & jawline. The results are AMAZING. Rose & Sharda ate professional, detailed, charismatic & set the bar as to what everyone should expect when going to an injector. Nicole Hill and staff are INCREDIBLE. After just moving from the NYC area, I was afraid I would not find anyone in the area who would compare. I was so so wrong!! She is the literally the best. Her work and the results are wonderful. The staff does a great job at making me and my fear of needles feel comfortable with the injections.  She is also one of the most punctual people I’ve ever dealt it with in medical field. It’s actually super impressive. I got a breast lift + implants. I went in for a consultation on skin tightening and sculptra, but I walked out with my mind set on getting my breast done! I am very young, and I am a mom. Seeing my body completely transform after pregnancy, breastfeeding, and then 55lb weight loss, I was very uncomfortable with my own body. Dr. Rosas was very honest with me about what I would need to do to achieve my desired results, which was a breast lift. He also told me about implants and gave me the peace of mind about them that I had not had before. He came off as very honest and professional. I knew I could trust him with such a big surgery. My surgery went so well. It felt nice going in to IAS and feeling like they were dedicating their time and office to me. Some surgery places tend to role patients through like cattle, but it was very impressive how they treated me during my surgery. My breasts are beyond perfect. They look better than I could’ve ever wished. Dr Rosas did an incredible job. Within 6 days I wore a cleavage revealing top and I was feeling brand new! I have friends who have gotten their breasts done as well, and they immediately told me within the first week post op that I must have had a great doctor and I have received too many compliments to count. The fact that it is only 3 weeks post op and I already show them off everywhere is crazy! I’m so excited to see the 6 month result. Nicole is the absolute best at what she does. Her skills with symmetry are perfection! This girl can take one look at your face and know exactly what to do to correct it,  know exactly how much to put it just by her level of expertise and it always comes out perfectly.  Every. Single. Time.

Qk, now, I want to brag on her a little more. This is not an easy thing to do.  To be able to just glance at someone's face and  know exactly the right amount of  filler to put in. The reason this is not easy is because you have to take into account any swelling that happens. I would think that this would make finding symmetry extremely difficult. Because when or if the tissue swells, you have to be so precise and have such a keen eye to know if you've put enough in or not. Is what you are seeing the actual product or the swelling? She knows that the swelling will go down, but how does she know that she hasn't put too much in or not enough? Well, I've come to realize that it's not anything that I or you or anyone reading this ever needs to worry about. She just gets it right every time. No need to ever doubt her. She knows what she's doing. She has found her niche.  I would not trust my face with anyone else ever. She's also just as cute as she can be. She's personable, she listens to you and she has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about helping others. She is a strong, independent beautiful soul. But of course she is, she's Leo the Lion Baby! King of the jungle! They always succeed. ❤

All of the staff at IAS are fabulous. They are friendly, compassionate, kind, warm and very positive people. And I also want to take a moment and brag on Nicole's assistant, Charda. (OH Lord I hope that is how you spell it.) If it's not, please forgive me and let me know so that I can correct it. This girl is beautiful, always remembers my name and always asks me about my life and where we left off the  last time I saw her. She really listens and she also really cares. She is a sweetheart and she and Nicole make a great team together. They compliment each other in the field and seem to really have a symbiotic flow or connection without speaking any words. Charma needs no guidance whatsoever. She knows exactly what Nicole needs at the precise moment she needs it and always delivers. These girls are my peeps.
