What is ThermiTight?
ThermiTight Orlando is a powerful, new technology utilizing radiofrequency for heating the tissue to alter the collagen matrix and other tissue elements.
Lines, wrinkles and sagging skin result from aging which alters collagen as well as decreasing volume. Collagen, the major structural protein of the body, is in every organ and is especially important in the skin. As the skin loses collagen, it thins and becomes inelastic. Although collagen is constantly remodeling, aging gradually reduces the collagen content in the skin. ThermiTight tightens the skin, and causes collagen regeneration by the body. Although precise, the laser heats the skin but generally does not heat deeper tissues very well, such as the stretched and distorted suspensory ligaments of the skin. Many technologies have been promoted for this but only cause skin problems and pain. ThermiTight directly targets the collagen in these ligaments and on the underside of the skin dramatically tightening it.
ThermiTight usually takes less than one hour, with little or no downtime.
